| Hi over here, Awhile ago I entered a layout design competition on the Model Railroader forum, the only parameter was using one single sheet of 4'x8' cut up to form the basis of the layout. I began designing a freelanced logging line in Gn15 but switched to On30 due to vertical clearances and grade issues. But overall the concept remained the same, so I thought I would share it here, "run it up the flagpole and see if anyone salutes" so to speak.
Anyway here it is, hope you like it. If you see anything glaringly wrong, let me know I alway learn from critiques. I also had to develope an operational description, if anyones interesed I can add it in later. BTW I'm not planning on building this anytime soon, SWMBO would go into "Full Metal Jacket" mode...

| Vic,
Looks good. One Almost have a timesaver type switching challenge built in there. Looks like a lot of fun. thing I think is missing is a run around track at the engine terminal area. Or a small turntable.
As for the name, well, that's just fantastic. And the last line of your post seem to be the reason for the name... Almost as good as The Bitter Red Head. (but that's up in Santa Monica).
