I was wondering how they came apart, before I break something.

Rob,
I don't have any smoothsides, but it is suspected that they are assembled very similarily to the streamliners. Go to the Aristo web site http://aristocraft.com and go to "Exploded Parts Diagrams" and select a streamliner observation. That might help.

Thanks Jim. I guess the ends are glued. I used a screwdriver and popped the vestibule end off. Yhis allowed me to slide out the windows. So I didn't have to mask them off. I left the other end on and masked off those windows.
