Well, after stepping on the rake a few times and getting booped in the nose, I believe I am getting the hang of this new site.  I am sure MLS will be better then ever once everyone gets over the growing pains.  Good show Shad.

The other day I downloaded and installed Foxfire.  It is much better than IE.  I won't go back.  MLS works much faster in Foxfire than IE.

Take care, Bob

Yes, thank you Shad.

I am also having fun with new gadgets and still learning what works and what doesn't.  I'm elated when I figure something out all by myself.  Just ask Jim!!!

In time, all the bugs will go away and everything will be working so smooth that all will forget the problems encountered here in the beginning.  Just remember to give Shad a little time to work it all out.

Becky

Ditto on all that has been said. Enjoying the new site tremendously! Runs much faster and my browser has been Firefox since beta 1.2 was released. Puts other forums to shame.

Money and time well spent Shad!

Great job Shad! Yes there are bugs and we will have to work through them. I found the site to be slow this morning, but this afternoon, it's moving right along. Thanks to Shad and to everyone who helped to get the new site going.

OK, so maybe I spoke too soon. The new site makes photo posting much simpler--provided, as someone wrote--you have only three attachments. Anyway, since I seldom do, three works for me and it is far easier than typing in http:1stclass, etc, etc, which I finally got down pat. So I'm being won over. Maybe. Kinda.

But I miss our old posts!

"Carry on" or "as you were," whichever applies.

I know it's generally a thankless job running a website (the old "you can't please everyone" thing), and especially when you need to change something, but I'll join the others here in sending my thanks and best wishes in any case.

I just hope my check for two-year renewal gets to you in the next day or so! Sorry for being so delinquent!

I'd also like to add my congratulations to Shad for a relatively smooth transition from the previous forum software to the new.

I know it's hard to remember back when MLS changed from the original version of the Snitz Forum to the newer version, but you can always go back to the archived MLS records and peruse all the troubles reported back then. There's been a whole lot less trouble with people coming up to speed on the new software and such this time around.

Once again one heck of a nice job Shad!

So far been able to log in and reply, so it must be pretty darned simple.  Lost my signature but will mess with that at a later date.

Thanks for the upgrade, I had No problem loging in using the provided link. I like the format, it is easier to read. I use FireFox and it is working just fine, But of course it could be my Mac.
