Bob, I've been enjoying the pictures from your weekly steamups....or as my wifes calls them...puffups<img src=" border=0>" border=0>
I'm in the planning process for installing a raised track in my side yard. Can you give us an idea of the dimensions & construction particulars of you raised track, please? How many feet of track do you have?
Thanks in advance....keep the pictures coming, and the videos.

Bob, I'm in California, but my sister lives in Oxford. She's not very far away from you. I'll contact you the next time that I visit her. Of course, since I fly back, I'll be "steamerless":(.

Several of us in Michigan have raised track layouts by following the article by Chuck Walters in Steam in the Garden magazine, issue #67 (November/December 2002). Ron also discussed the building of his raised layout in a later issue using a different material for the "deck".

Gather, friends, while we enquire, into trains propelled by fire....

Hi, Bob. My sister lives near Copper Hills Golf Course, Lake George Rd. and Lakeview Rd. It looks like it is less than 10 miles from your son. You must be near the Palace or Great Lakes Crossing. I'll give you a call the next time I make it to Michigan (should be sometime this year :) ).
